Driven by Compassion, Guided by Community
Our Story, Mission, and Values
L.E.O. Wellbeing Collective CIC was founded from a shared belief that everyone should be able to access timely, compassionate mental health support.
As counsellors, the four of us regularly met for monthly supervision. Alongside reflecting on our clinical work, we often found ourselves discussing the same concern: too many people were struggling to access the help they needed. We met clients who had spent months or even years waiting for support, while others had been unable to access counselling because of financial barriers. By the time many people reached us, their mental health had already begun to affect their relationships, education, employment and overall quality of life.
These conversations became more than shared frustrations. Together, we began imagining a different way of supporting our communities, one that combined affordable counselling with education, wellbeing initiatives and professional development. We wanted to create a service that could help bridge the gap between growing demand and limited access to support.
Over time, that shared vision became L.E.O. Wellbeing Collective CIC.
Today, our mission remains the same: to make mental health and wellbeing support more accessible through affordable counselling, community workshops, professional training and opportunities that empower people to support both themselves and one another.
Everything we do is guided by our core values of compassion, accessibility, collaboration, integrity and community.
