Affordable Counselling
At L.E.O. Wellbeing Collective CIC, we believe that the cost of therapy should never prevent someone from receiving the support they need. Our affordable counselling service exists to make professional, ethical counselling more accessible to individuals, couples and families within our community.
All of our counsellors work within recognised ethical frameworks and are committed to providing a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment where you can explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences at your own pace.

Children and Young People
Growing up brings many challenges, and sometimes young people need additional support to help them understand their emotions and navigate difficult experiences.
We provide age-appropriate counselling for children and young people experiencing a wide range of emotional, behavioural and social difficulties.

Individual Counselling
Individual counselling offers a dedicated space to talk openly about whatever is affecting your wellbeing.
Whether you are experiencing anxiety, depression, bereavement, relationship difficulties, trauma, stress or simply feeling overwhelmed, counselling can help you gain greater understanding, develop coping strategies and move towards positive change.

Couples Counselling
Relationships naturally experience periods of difficulty.
Couples counselling provides a supportive environment where both partners can improve communication, understand one another's perspectives, rebuild trust and strengthen their relationship, whether they wish to resolve ongoing challenges or make important decisions together.

Family Dyad Counselling
Sometimes the relationship between two family members becomes strained through misunderstanding, conflict or life changes.
Family dyad counselling supports two relatives, such as a parent and child, siblings or other close family members, to improve communication, rebuild connection and work towards healthier relationships.

In-Person Counselling
For many people, attending counselling in person provides a dedicated space away from the distractions of everyday life. Our counselling rooms offer a safe, comfortable and confidential environment where you can speak openly with your therapist.
Northfleet
Our primary counselling location is the Northfleet Veterans Club in Kent, where we offer appointments for children, young people, adults, couples and family dyads.
Swanley
We have a limited number of appointments available in Swanley. Please contact us to discuss availability and suitable appointment times.
Margate
We also offer a limited number of counselling appointments in Margate. Availability is restricted, so please get in touch to find out more or to join our waiting list if required.

Remote Counselling
Professional counselling can be accessed wherever you are in the UK, allowing you to receive support from the comfort and privacy of your own home.
Video Counselling
We provide secure online counselling sessions nationwide using video conferencing. To take part, you will need:
- A smartphone, tablet, laptop or desktop computer.
- A working camera and microphone.
- A stable internet connection.
- A private, quiet space where you feel comfortable talking without interruption.
Video counselling offers the same professional, confidential therapeutic relationship as face-to-face counselling while providing greater flexibility for those who are unable to attend in person.
Telephone Counselling
If video counselling is not suitable, we also offer telephone counselling across the UK. Telephone sessions provide a flexible alternative for people who prefer to talk without using video or who have limited access to suitable technology.
Whether you choose to meet in person, online or by telephone, our aim is to provide the same compassionate, ethical and professional counselling experience, tailored to your individual needs.
